If you desire a feeling for where this program fits into
the general scheme of things please read ALP_INTR.TXT. It
was included on the ALPS Software Disks.
This program can be used to develop Man-Machine Process
Charts. The definition of a Man-Machine Process Chart is:
*" a chart of the coordinated sychronous or simultaneous
activities of a work system of one or more machines and one
or more men. Each machine and/or man is shown in a
separate, paralell column indicating its/his activities as
related to the rest of the work system. Examples: multiman
process chart; Gannt chart; multiman-machine process chart;
man-machine process chart. Synonym: Multiple Activity
Operation Chart; Multiple Activity Chart." Analysis of the
data presented allows for a fuller utilization of both idle
man time, and idle machine time caused by semi or fully
automatic machine tools. To view sample files select DEMO
as project.
